DELIVERY TIME

All orders are processed Saturday through Thursday .

 

 Shipping Duration :

 You will receive your order in 7-25  business days from the date that it is placed.

 Return policy:

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns at this time.

Is only available for Damage, Defective Item(s)

Get in touch with our customer service representative by sending us an email to customercare@shopziy.com and Indicate which item(s) you would like to return and the reason for your return.

HOW WILL I BE REFUNDED?

Refunds of purchased items are applicable only in the cases of:

  • Product is not as described.
  • Size is not as requested.
  • Product defect with an attached picture proof.

You can request for a return within 2 days upon receipt of the order.



We will credit your original method of payment minus original shipping charges.

Can I unpack and try the items on before I pay for the order?

Unfortunately this is not possible at the moment.  Please note that certain items are not eligible for return.

SIZE INFORMATION:

For the size, each item dimension is different, please do not refer to S/M/L/XL simply. Please check the detailed size table and confirm your size before purchase. We will not be responsible for size issues .

Notes

1- Please allow 2-3 cm differences due to manual measurements (1inch=2.54cm, 1cm=0.39 inch).

2- Items colors displayed in photos maybe showing slightly different on your computer monitor since monitors are not calibrated same.

Some products have many different versions, please carefully distinguish the subtle differences,

Even same pictures, but quality is different, Please do not compare with the low price.)

 

For stock due to products in stock change quickly,  If you buy something which is out of stock or the color or size you need is out of stock, we will contact you within 24 hours with some advice.

Please note that some of the model pictures are for reference only, each product has a real picture as the standard

All international customers are responsible for the customs rates within their own country.

1. Will you restock items that have sold out?

We do apologize for the inconvenience. If an item is marked as “Sold Out”, we suggest you check the site frequently within the next two weeks in case it restocks. However, if it does not restock within the next few weeks, it is likely to be removed from our online store.
